One-day workshop 'Art as Knowledge vs. Art as Creativity'.

Bart Verschaffel (°1956) studied Philosophy and Medieval Studies at the University of Louvain (Ba, Ma; PhD, 1985), and is holds a full professorship in the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning at Ghent University (Belgium) since 2004. He teaches Theory of Architecture and Architectural Criticism. Verschaffel has published widely in the fields of Architectural Theory, Aesthetics and Art Criticism, and Philosophy of Culture.
