      2. Florian Cramer is Reader in 21st Century Visual Culture at Creating 010 Research Center, Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences where he is affiliated to Willem de Kooning Academy and Piet Zwart Institute. After studying Comparative Literature and Art History at Freie Universität Berlin, Universität Konstanz and University of Massachussets at Amherst, Cramer obtained an M.A. 1998 and Dr. phil. in 2006. From 1999 to 2004, he was a lecturer in Comparative Literature at Peter Szondi-Institut, Freie Universität Berlin, in 2004 guest professor (lector) at Piet Zwart Institute Rotterdam, from 2006-2010 course director of the Media Design Master program of Piet Zwart Institute, since 2008 reader (lector).

        His publications include the books Exe.cut(up)able statements (Wilhelm Fink, 2011) and Anti-Media (NAi010, 2013), and the papers What Is Post-Digital (2014). A complete publication list can be found here. In addition, he serves on the advisory boards of the Rotterdam-based sound and performance art venue and publisher De Player, the Rotterdam-based music venue Herman, the Italian-based arts and media activism magazine Neural and the Open Access media studies journal APRJA (published by Aarhus University).
